EA is bringing the free Lord of the Rings game called Heroes of Middle-earth to our phones on May 10th. This will be their first LOTR game since 2009’s The Lord of the Rings: Conquest. There is a trailer, which shows what the game looks like and it’s all part of five different LotR games that are being made by a company called Embracer, who bought the rights last year – including an exciting one called Lord of the Rings: Gollum which will come out soon after!
The trailer has an artistic, realistic look and follows all of the classic Lord of The Rings characters like warriors, wizard and wanderers. It also adds a bit more variety to the already existing Middle-earth setting. You can play the game in different modes such as Story Mode and PVP mode that are both super fun.
Heroes of Middle-earth is a game with characters from The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit. It has cool stuff like collections, turn-based combat, and other neat features. EA said that players can experience “stories” related to Tolkien world and fight against evil forces in it. Unfortunately, there are microtransactions involved if you want to play this game for free.
The upcoming mobile game Heroes of Middle-earth is about to launch for iOS and Android devices on May 10th. You can already pre-register for it now! And another Lord of the Rings game, Gollum, is coming out on consoles and PC on May 25th. Plus, there’s three more new games from Embracer that are being developed also -these three will come out in the next two years.
