Sony and Guerrilla Games have released a new trailer for the upcoming Horizon Forbidden West: Burning Shores on April 19th. This brand-new chapter will feature Aloy’s story and give us a quick glimpse of the once-famous Burning Shores. It was an island filled with volcanoes that used to be home to Los Angeles. We also get to see an exclusive look at a special Metal Devil boss fight that was teased in their announcement trailer from last year!
Horizon Forbidden West: Burning Shores won’t be available on PlayStation 4, even though you could play the first game on Sony’s last generation console. Mathijs de Jonge, the game director of Horizon Forbidden West said in an interview that Los Angeles and its surroundings in this new game have lots of details which needs powerful hardware to run properly. He also added that there is a difficult battle scene that demands enormous amount of memory and processing power from your system.
