Good news for DirecTV users! You can now watch the Ted Lasso show without having to buy any extra hardware. DirecTV has put out an announcement that the Apple TV+ app is now downloadable on their Stream box.
For the first time ever, Apple’s streaming network is now available on DirecTV Stream! It’s a special device that subscribers can rent each month for $20 and get access to live TV, different apps, on-demand content and even recordings. If you want to try it out, you can find it in some premium plans already bundled with a remote control with Google Assistant built into it.
The Apple TV+ app offers some of Apple’s own exclusive shows and movies, like Ted Lasso, Severance and CODA. You can also rent or purchase more shows and movies from their library. In addition, the app allows you to access premium add-ons such as AMC+, Paramount+ and Starz. The app is available on various devices including PlayStation and Xbox gaming consoles, Roku, Fire TV, Google TV and smart TVs from Samsung, LG and others.
