Disney’s Star Wars: The Bad Batch is coming to an end! At the Star Wars Celebration 2023 event, Lucasfilm announced that there will be a third and final season for this show. The story follows the Clone Wars and shows a group of special clone soldiers who have their own unique capabilities. After breaking away from their original army unit, they all form a team called a mercenary group.
At a Star Wars Celebration event, producers Athena Portillo, Jennifer Corbett, and Brad Rau shared an exciting news. A teaser trailer was shown during the event but hasn’t been released separately yet.
The annual Star Wars celebration is a big event where they share cool stuff, such as letting cast members and fans connect. This year, there were some cool announcements like the Return of the Jedi coming back to theatres on its 40th anniversary, Acolyte’s and Ahsoka’s cast members were revealed, plus new toys and figurines released by Hasboro Star Wars. There’s even news about season three of Bad Batch being made which will be ready to watch in 2024! For now, though, seasons one and two can be watched already through Disney+
